reMarkable – Customer Success Story
When reMarkable became the subject of Salesforce’s customer story, creative agency The Criminals hired Swixer to manage the production on location in Norway. The shoot spanned multiple days at reMarkable’s Oslo headquarters — including a technical recce, interviews and B-roll days.
From the material captured on-site, two customer success films were created: one highlighting Salesforce Agentforce, and one focusing on Salesforce Slack.
Swixer provided
The Criminals brought in Swixer as their local production partner in Norway.
Working closely with their creative team, we supported the production end-to-end by providing:
- Local production management, including line producer, fixer/PM, coordinator and PA’s.
- Full technical crew: DOP, steadicam, camera teams (1st ACs, 2nd ACs), DIT, sound, gaffers, electrics, grips and support crew.
- Art department & props support
- Talent coordination for on-camera participants and additional cast where needed
- Equipment rental, including lighting packages, grip truck, walkies, stills and camera gear.
- Transport
- Meals and on-set support
