Pandora – Customer Success Story
When global jewelry brand Pandora partnered with Salesforce to tell the story of their digital transformation, creative agency The Criminals turned to Swixer to manage the full local production in Denmark.
The shoot spanned several days across office locations, private homes and a Pandora store — covering interviews, b-roll, scripted scenes, talent and carefully art-directed environments.

The Criminals brought in Swixer as their local production partner in Denmark. Working closely with their creative team, we supported the production end-to-end by providing:
- Local production management including producer, coordinator, fixers and PA teams across prep, recce, shoot and wrap
- Full technical crew: camera teams (1st ACs, 2nd ACs, DIT), steadicam, sound, gaffers, electrics, grip and swing crew.
- Location sourcing & management for Pandora offices, home environments and Pandora retail interior
- Art department support for office, living-room and dining-room setups, including styling, props and set dressing.
- Casting coordination for featured and background talent
- Equipment rental including camera packages, lenses, steadicam, lighting, grip and production gear
- Transport logistics for crew vehicles, camera van, art-department van and production fleet
- Meals and on-set support across all shoot days
