Herr Raue reist!
When Lodge of Levity travelled to Sweden to film a new episode of the culinary travel series Herr Raue reist! So schmeckt die Welt, they brought in Swixer to provide full fixer and local production support in and around Stockholm.
In this season, Michelin-starred chef Tim Raue explores global culinary culture — from Korean street food to Australian coastal cuisine — and in Sweden, he discovers Scandinavian flavors, local producers and regional specialties. The episode required scouting, recce support, contributor coordination, boats, rural locations, and a full two-day shoot with local musicians and outdoor experiences.
