An Optimist’s Guide to the Planet 2

When Cream Productions set out to film An Optimist’s Guide to the Planet with actor and UNDP Goodwill Ambassador Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Game of Thrones), they needed a trusted production partner across multiple European locations.

The six-episode documentary series highlights real, solution-driven innovations addressing some of the world’s most urgent environmental challenges — from sustainable food production to carbon-neutral fuels and new breakthroughs in recycling. The production filmed across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America, capturing stories of optimism and environmental progress.

Swixer supported the series across France, Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands and the UK — including the remote islands of Orkney.
